Because of the natural curiosity of children, I would think nearly, everyone can found be RSO, according today’s law.

Can a Child Be a Sex Offender? Yes; but only in the USA and countries that are bought off by the USA. The rest of the world realizes that what children do is just what children do, and the children get to keep their innocence.
